Shipping & Returns

Deliveries.

Our delivery cut-off time for next-day delivery is 11 am.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, excluding the Isle of Man, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.

We are able to deliver to the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Isles but, there is an additional cost which is stated on the checkout pages. 

Please be aware, when packaging your orders we often use recycled packaging from deliveries we receive in the warehouse.

 

Delivery Charges.
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.

Delivery.

When your order is dispatched the delivery preference is set to "Consignee Choice". This means you will receive an email on the day of your delivery with a variety of options.

These may include:
Change of delivery date.
Collect from depot.
Collect from local APC/Parcelly location (next working day).
Change Leave Safe options (option to have the goods left in a safe place).

Or

If you would like your delivery to be left in a safe place, please leave a comment on the checkout page in the 'comments' section stating that you allow the delivery to be left in a safe place and where that location is.

Free standard delivery to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Isles or anywhere with an additional cost on orders over £40.

Delivery is £5.99 for orders under £40 to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Isles or anywhere with an additional cost. 

The Scottish Highland delivery area is based on the following postcodes: All postcodes beginning with AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, and PH is charged at £12.00.

These charges are set by APC, and we have absorbed a percentage of the cost, as we do with all orders over £35.

Next Day Delivery is £10.

Next day delivery cut-off time is 11 am. Friday's next day is Monday except on bank holidays when it will be Tuesday.

The couriers we use for deliveries are either Royal Mail or APC. 

We endeavour to deliver between 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed.

When a product states 'Available To Order' we will endeavour to deliver between 3 to 7 working days.

You will be required to pay extra for deliveries that may incur a specific delivery cost due to location.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are trying to be greener.

When we send you your order there is a good chance it will arrive in a previously used box with packing material that we collect from our own warehouse deliveries. 

Returns.
Any claim for shortages or damages must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Should you wish to return anything bought from us up to 28 days from the delivery date, we will be happy to refund the product provided it is in a fully resalable condition (unless the product is faulty).

Free Returns are only offered in cases where the product is faulty.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. Please return goods by recorded delivery or registered post. Proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery.

Should replacement goods be required further postage charge will be made to cover the cost of resending the new items.

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Before returning your item, please contact our sales team, who will be able to assist you further, and to avoid delay with your refund.

Return the product in its original packaging.

Items you are unable to return include vitamins or supplements, opened medicines, opened food and chew toys.
