Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.


Free standard delivery to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands on orders over £28.

£4.99 for orders under £28 to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Higlands.

Delivery costs to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are £12 regardless of spend. Packages are limited to 30kg.

Couriers we use for deliveries are either Royal Mail or Interlink Express.

The Scottish Highland delivery area is based on the following postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Next day delivery cut off time is 1pm. Friday's next day is Monday except on bank holidays, when it will be Tuesday.

Our warehouse is closed from the 23rd of December to the 27th of December. Web orders placed over this period will be packed on the 28th of December. Due to the nature of Christmas and New Year deliveries, we cannot guarantee the minimum 3 day delivery.

The last day for next day delivery around the Chirstmas period is the 21st of December. We aim to dispatch orders placed on the 22nd of December on the 28st. Please do not select the next day delivery option between the 22nd and 27th of December 2017 as we will not be able to forfill the request.

We endeavour to deliver between 3 to 5 working days after the order is placed.

When a product states 'Available To Order' we will endeavour to deliver between 3 to 7 working days.

You will be required to pay extra for deliveries that may incur specific delivery cost due to location.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
