Any claim for shortages or damages must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Should you wish to return anything bought from us up to 28 days from delivery date, we will be happy to refund the product provided it is in a fully resalable condition (unless the product is faulty)

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, but not when the product is unwanted.

We cannot except liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. Please return goods by recorded delivery or registered post. Proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery.

Should replacement goods be required further postage charge will be made to cover the cost of resending the new items.

If the product returned is not fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Return the product in its original packaging.

Items you are unable to return include, vitamins or supplements, opened medicines, opened food and chew toys.
